Directions for PreparationSoup: Soak WAI WAI Rice Stick into cold or warm water for 6-8 minutes, then rinse and drain. Boil the rice stick together with slice meat or some seafood and vegetables, flavoured in soup for a while and added condiments before serving.Stir: Soak WAI WAI Rice Stick into cold or warm water for 6-8 minutes, then rinse and drain. Roast the slice of meat, seafood, vegetables, garlic, etc., together with your favorite sauce and other condiments for a while, the add the rice stick and continue to roast for few minutes.Fry: Fry WAI WAI Rice Stick (not to be soaked in water) for 1-2 minute. Add the fried slice meat or seafood and vegetables with a touch of starch on the rice stick. Store in cool, dry place and avoid direct to sunlight.
