Recipe

Pepper Spice Soup MixPreparation

 




  • 1 packet of Pepper Spice Soup Mix.




 



  • 500 g - 1 kg of meat (chicken, beef or other), cut to preferred size.




 



  • 1500 ml (6 rice bowls) water.




 



  • 2 pieces whole garlic. Salt is not necessary as it forms part of the ingredients.





 

Cooking MethodPut in the filter-bags (do not open filter bags) meat and garlic into boiling water. Simmer for 45 minutes.Serve 4-6 persons.
