Cooking Method1. Stir noodles into 2,000cc of boiling water.2. Cook noodles for approximately 4-5 minutes until tender.3. Put noodles into a sieve and run under cold water.4. Serve immediately and eat with soup. Add in wasabi, spring onions or dry seaweed to suit your taste.
