Meat CurryIngredients1kg Meat - cut in serving pieces80g Alagappa's Meat Curry Powder4 medium size Potatoes - quarterd4 cups Coconut milk5 tbsp oilSalt to tasteMixture "A"Spices to grind15 Shallots2 Cloves garlic4 cm GingerMixture "B"Whole spices1 Star - anise6 cm Cinnamon4 Cloves3 Cardomons - crushedCurry leavesCooking Method1. Heat oil in pan and fry mixture "B" for 1/2 minutes.2. Add mixture "A" and fry till fragrant.3. Put in meat and salt to taste and stir fry for 15 minute (till meat cooked).4. After that add Alagappa's Meat Curry Powder, coconut milk, tomatoes and potatoes.5. Cook over moderate heat till meat is tender then serve hot.
