Recipe

Meat CurryIngredients250g Adabi's Chicken & Meat Curry Powder3 Coconuts/ 600g of coconut milk15 pieces of shallots15 cloves of garlic2.5-3.0kg meat15g ginger3-4 inches cinnamon4 cloves of star anise10-15 cloves3 litres waterCooking Oil10g tamarind pasteSalt to tasteCooking Method1. Pound 6 pieces of shallots and 5 cloves of garlic together with ginger.2. Mix tamarind juice into it, add in curry powder and mix with meat.3. Saute with remaining shallots finely sliced. Incorporate 3 cups of water. Cook until meat becomes tender (30 minutes) and add in coconut milk.4. Add in cinnamon, star anise and cloves. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.5. Add salt to taste.6. Ready to serve.
