Recipe

Curry Beef, Bean & Stir Fry NoodlesIngredients

 

 

 

1 tablespoon Method 1. To make sauce, dilute tamarind in ½ cup hot water. Heat oil in pan. Add onion and cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, or until soft and golden. Add palm sugar and stir until dissolved. Add tamarind water and Japanese soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thicken. Then set aside. 2. Cook M2MN Curry for 30 seconds. Strain and set aside. 3. Season beef with salt and freshly grounded black pepper. Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan. Add beef and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Remove beef from pan and set aside. 4. Heat remaining oil in a wok and cook garlic and chilli over high heat for 30 seconds. Add beans and asparagus and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in coriander leaves.
