Green CurryCooking Method1. Stir 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 pack of curry paste (gentle heat 2 min). 2. Pour the 2 cups (400g) of coconut milk, then put 250g of your favourite meat, fish or shellfish.3. Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and 1 tablespoon of palm sugar (or as preferred). 5. Put the little of basil leaves, and kiffir lime leaves, add more seasoning as preferred.Allergy Advice: Contain Cumin, Coriander.Serving Suggestion: For 2-3 persons
