Ginseng Herbal Soup MixPreparation
- 1 packet of Ginseng Herbal Soup Mix (comprising 2 filter bags).
- 800 g - 1 kg chicken (duck or other), cut to preferred size.
- 1500 ml (6 rice bowls) water.
- Salt to taste.
Cooking MethodPut in the 2 filter bags (do not open filter bags) and chicken into boiling water. Simmer for at least 1 hour.Serve 4-6 persons.
