'Chickuteh' Herbs & Spices MixPreparation
- 1 packet of 'Chickuteh' Herbs & Spices Mix.
- 1 kg chicken (duck or other), cut to preferred size.
- 1500 ml (6 rice bowls) water.
- 2 pieces whole garlic.
- 1 tablespoon thick soya sauce.
Cooking MethodPut in the 2 filter-bags (do not open filter bags) meat and garlic, thick soya sauce an salt into boiling water. Simmer for at least 1 hour.Serve 4-6 persons.
