'Taipan' Chicken Herbs & Spices MixPreparation
- 1 packet of 'Taipan' Chicken Mix.
- Plastic wrapper and aluminum foil sheet (include inside pack).
- 1 whole chicken (approx. 1.2-1.5 kg)
Cooking Method1. Apply 'Taipan' Chicken Mix onto skin and the inside of chicken. For extra gravy, add 2 tablespoons of water over chicken before wrapping.2. Wrap chicken in plastic wrapper, follow by aluminum foil sheet.3. Steam for 1.30 to 2 hours over low flame.Serve 4-6 persons.
